Dr. Dudley Weaver, who serves as our Stated Supply Pastor, is a graduate of King College,Bristol, Tennessee and Union Theological Seminary in Virginia, Richmond, VA. He also holds a Certificate in Fund Raising Management from The Fund Raising School, Center for Philanthropy, Indiana University. Dudley has served three congregations in South Carolina, as well as First Presbyterian in Savannah, Georgia; First Presbyterian in Portland, Oregon, and Memorial Presbyterian in St. Augustine, Florida. In addition to his work with us, Dudley is a member of the Coordinating Team of Trinity Presbytery, maintains an active website, www.dudleyweaver.com, and produces a daily audio devotional for distribution to those who request it. He is the author of two church histories and several other books including "Presbyterian Worship: A Guide for Clergy. He and his wife Mary live in West Columbia, SC, and have two adult children and two wonderful grandchildren. 

Rita Rostron serves as the organist for our congregation.Mrs.  Rostron is a military widow and new resident in Aiken, having joined her son and his family, who have resided here for several years.  She is a summa cum laude graduate in Organ/Piano Performance from McMurry University in Abilene, Texas and has been a piano teacher, accompanist and church organist for many years, the last 17 at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Dunedin, Florida.  Other recent musical responsibilities were as accompanist for the Clearwater Chorus, the Resident Adult Chorus at Ruth Eckerd Hall, Clearwater, Florida and pianist for the Suncoast Symphony Orchestra in Clearwater.  She is a member of Alpha Chi National Honor Society, is listed in Who’s Who in Colleges and Universities and is an active member of the American Guild of Organists, being a member of the Augusta Chapter of the AGO, as well as still serving as Treasurer/Registrar of the Tampa, Florida Chapter.  She previously served as accompanist for the Tampa Oratorio Singers, the Choral Essence Singing Group, and the Ladies in Blue Choral group from MacDill Air Force Base in Florida.   Since settling in Aiken, Mrs. Rostron has had the honor of providing keyboard support for the Aiken Civic Orchestra, and assisting with choral activities at South Aiken Presbyterian Church.
